She has worked with organisations such as Deloitte, investment banks, and the NHS, and also runs multiple businesses alongside Lion Heart Consulting. Her expertise combines governance, operations, and entrepreneurship to build scalable, sustainable, and cash-generative businesses..
Omolola Ogundeji
A senior operations leader and COO with extensive experience managing multi-entity operations, governance, and scalable service delivery across commercial and community sectors. She combines entrepreneurial leadership, as founder of LDEE London and Goshen Haven, with strong operational discipline to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver sustainable growth across organisations.
Olajumoke Idowu-Akinbonmi
An experienced entrepreneur and operations leader with a strong background in service-based businesses and multi-site operations. As Co-Founder of Safe Haven Cleaning and Director of Operations, she oversees day-to-day delivery, workforce management, and service quality across the Group, using her hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalable growth.
